We have the expertise to handle any job we are hired for and come fully licensed and insured. Once a contract is signed, we handle everything from there and keep you informed throughout the process. What is it like to work with us?
Creative Decks and Finished Carpentry, LLC takes pride in being as accessible as possible. It is our guarantee that you will feel integral to the process, while avoiding any headaches.
At it's core, our process can be broken down into five steps:
We set up a free in-person consultation at your home to assess your needs for the project. We will discuss plans for it's design and execution.
When you sign off on our final building plans we will procure all necessary materials and begin the process of delivering your dream project. You will be consulted and informed throughout.
The length of the process will vary based on the scale of your project. Only after we put the final touches on the work will payment be due.
Enjoy your hand crafted structure or renovation! And maybe you'll refer us to a friend or two!
Once we deliver our quote and settle on a budget, we sign the contract, receive a deposit, obtain a plot plan or mortgage survey, and apply for any necessary permits.
